Dr. Madison did a great job helping me today while Dr. Dan was away from the office. I've always gotten great care from here.
Walked in to see if I could get an appointment. 20 minutes later I am meeting with Dr Matty. She's great. I talked, she listened. She knew what to do. A couple of adjustments and some exercise homework was the plan. This is a great place.
Be aware of appointment cancellation policy. New patient and I tried to cancel before 24 hours but they didn’t answer, and you can’t cancel online. I call back the next day and realize I can leave a message in the morning which I did. The front desk lady let me know they need to charge me $80 because you need enough notice. I understand but I’m a new patient and I explained I tried but they don’t answer the phone. She didn’t really seem to care and mentioned I can reschedule and maybe they’d waive it.
