A good friend of mine was getting supports for Physio here which the physio was genuinely helping her, I had spoken to Nikhi at the beggining of the plan that the funding amount given wouldn’t stretch the life of the plan and she advised she would get her supp co to help, the supp co never showed up therefore my friend lost trust in Concept but continued with trusted Physio, Nikhi continued to exhaust the funding not reducing and not going thru with review so my friend now has no Physio as Nikhi terminated services and claim... read more
Nikki is a horrible person who doesn’t listen to the clients needs. Calling/texting at unreasonable hours even after I asked her not to. She cancelled my physio, whom I loved and was getting the help and care I need. Do not trust Concept Care with your health

I have a 15 year old autistic son we have been using concept care for 3 months they have some great employees but unfortunately the people that run the business a lady and man with a accent.
