The crew that worked here were very efficient, professional, and friendly. I love the result and would highly recommend them!
We had a very, very good experience with Concept Bath Systems! We absolutely love our new walk-in shower. Drew and Curtis, our installers, did a phenomenal job. They were professional, meticulous, and did an excellent job with the installation. We were also very happy to work with Michaela and Eric, the owner. From beginning to end, everyone was wonderful to work with. We compared several other walk-in shower companies before making our decision, and we are so happy that we chose Concepts Bath Systems. They show up to your house 15 minutes late with no call ahead or apology for missing the agreed time, come up with excuses why they cant do things that other contractors will agree to with no problem, then leave us hanging with no estimate 3 days and counting. Dont waste your time or most importantly.....money. If you guys dont wanna do a job just grow a pair and say NO straight up istead of bs a potential client. From the very beginning of going to the showroom, and talking with Collin we knew what we wanted. They had one on display and we went with almost exactly like it. They demolished on a Friday and came back Monday to start putting things back together. They was here 3 days. Drew and Curtis were very professional and their work was excellent. Leaving no small details out. Even the caulking aroun... read more
