From start to finish, I was very impressed with this company. It started with great project management during the design phase where they took my ideas and came up with a they took my ideas and came up with a great design for my 6 x 4’ shower. It involved tearing out the current huge Jacuzzi tub and small shower and replacing with a new shower and a small area. We did 3 estimates and concept bath wasn’t the highest nor the lowest. We went from a tub/shower to a walk in shower with glass doors. From the very beginning of going to the showroom, and talking with Collin we knew what we wanted. They had one on display and we went with almost exactly like it. They demolished on a Friday and came back Monday to start putting things back together. They was here 3 days. Drew and Curtis were very professional and their work was excellent. Tried to get an estimate on bath remodel. Guy came out and said he would have an estimate by 11/21/2025. Called today and was told he sent an email and he was supposed to call back. Called again 4 hours later and was told they only give estimates in person and we would have to come to their office. Never got the email and not sure why she said he sent one since you have to come in to get the estimate. I think the job was too small for them to bother with.

Collin was very helpful in picking out our new shower, tub, shower doors and flooring. And Ryan and Curtis did a excellent job putting it all in. Plus better pricing then the one that offer one day replacing.

We have been very pleased with our experience at Concept Bath Systems. Our master bath was very small and had insufficient storage. Collin had some great suggestions as to how we could increase storage and give us a few more inches in our shower. That may not sound like much but it is nearly done and I can already see the improvement. Collin is knowledgable and easy to work with. The crews were excellent also.
