Nice family owned business We had a little accident with our car and found this place. They were really helpful, worked with our insurance and even offered us a complimentary rental car (they don't charge your insurance or anything, it's just a service they offer). And they got our car fixed in less than a week. PROS: service CONS:
Concept Auto Body is a company that steals! DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPED OFF!!! The service and work was fine, but they charged me nearly double what their original estimate was. I know that it didn't cost that much, because they even charged a higher tax rate on the final bill than what was on the original estimate (even though it was the higher rate was wrong AND I pointed it out). Stay away from this place!
Great Service We had a car wreck a few years ago and they did a wonderful service and were incredibly honest and timely and had excellent workmanship. I was recently reminded of how great a job they did when my current car had a problem and was towed to our "insurance company " lot and someone whom I did not know did the work and it has to be repeated and I finally called Concept and said HELP!!! and they are not only taking care of the new problems but fixing the old!!! Great and wonderful and honest company.
