We had Concept install a unit at our church (Huntington Beach Community Church). Right away we were concerned that they may have undersized the unit but they insisted it was a duct issue and they would return in the spring to resolve it. We've never been able to reach them since.
When our 23yr old air conditioner finally died and stop working, we contacted Concept Air. Their price was fair and they installed great quality American Standard equipment. We did not feel priced gouged as they thoroughly explained the entire process. We used the financing that they offered, and the entire process was very easy and straightforward. Definitely trust them, as they did a great job. We will recommend them to all our family and friends!
