Brilliant! I am always on the run and extremely short on time. I love to exercise and this makes it quick and simple. Great workout! I also take my husband who has back issues and it has helped him tremendously!! Highly recommend. Staff is professional and friendly. Workout area is spotless!
Started with Concept 1010, and after only 6 sessions, I found myself with more energy, lost 2 inches in my waist, and Im down to my high school weight!!! By far the best way to keep fit and stay toned. Fits in my busy schedule with only once a week, and because there is no sweating, I can easily go on my lunch breaks. Love this....truly the future of exercise!
