We unfortunately had a terrible experience having custom built ins done by Tom. His professionalism was poor from the beginning, and got worse once he was doing the install. There was no care taken to protect our furniture or hardwood floors from damage or dust, even after we complained on the first day he failed to cover anything and continued sanding and cutting and making dust. The entire house was covered in dust and there were large scratches and dents to the brand new hardwood floors, despite warning him to be careful ... read more
Tom built a beautiful bar and a custom island for our kitchen. His work is quality. He is easy to work with and really listens to what you want in your piece. Highly recommend him to anyone.
The look is fabulous, the construction was solid, we couldn't be more pleased. Worth every penny. And done sooner than we expected. Installation went smoothly with no disruptions in the house. Tom is easy to work with, and handled all our requests easily.
