Therapist Jacci Caplin was all right, though too confrontational for my preferences. The receptionist, however, is downright rude. I was treated with disgust and irritation for not knowing my copay off the top of my head, as if that were standard and expected. This office also does not send out any reminders of appointments, even if the appointment was scheduled weeks in advance.

Horrible! I was charged with a $2,500 dollar bill for one blood test. They sent it off to a hospital in Oklahoma to be processed and it was charged as a hospital visit!! Never go here!

Connie is wonderful and caring as are the therapists and the Nurse Practitioners. I have never had any problems with getting scheduled. Everyone has always been nice. I find what you put out there comes back. Maybe some of these critics were unpleasant to begin with. More bees with honey ...

I have been going to Concentric Support for many years. Over the course of these years I have put up with Connie (front desk) terrible attitude. She has also shown her ineptness in scheduling appts. But when she left a voice message for me yesterday....insinuating I was trying to get prescriptions from two different pharmacies, I had enough. I will not put up with such ignorance anymore. FYI: Connie, you attitude and ignorance is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the receptionist acts like she owns the place it is because she does. Had a simalar experience with her and came to discover that she was the owner. Explains why she so doggedly goes after past due balances. My feeling is that I am going to see a therapist not the receptionist...

Connie, the "Receptionist" is so rude. I would not recommend going there, since over the phone and once you are there you are not treated with respect. The "receptionist" acts as if she owns the place. She leases the offices out to other health professionals and, therefore, there really is no control over the behavior of the receptionist, so she feels like she can treat the patients however she feels is appropriate for her during whatever mood she is in...very unprofessional.

Receptionist was very rude. This was a surprise to me since this is a facility that specializes in mental health issues. When a patient is there for anxiety and depression problems, they don't need it exacerbated by a very rude receptionist.

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
