The space is clean, well equipped, and has an intimate vibe that makes every workout feel focused and personal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality training in a supportive environment!
I heard about this gym from a few friends that come for jiu jitsu and strength training. They highly recommended it so I enrolled in a beginner barbel lifting series to learn the ropes. Victor and Caroline are both great at putting together a routine and instructing on the proper form. Highly recommend their strength training classes.
