Coaches Caroline and Victor are an amazing team. They approach training in such a thoughtful and knowledgeable way. After letting myself go for a couple years I decided to make a change. 6 weeks into weight training and jiu jitsu, I can tell you without hesitation that I made the right decision. Victor, Caroline, Karis, and Gustavo are great teachers and have been super cool and patient with me, a guy with no gym experience. Everybody who trains here is good people and I would highly recommend getting off that couch and comin to train jiu jitsu and the conditioning to facilitate it. Phenomenal coaches and staff. The coaches showed tremendous patience with my 5 year and kept her engaged. My 9 year old daughter loved the warm up exercises, learning techniques, and interaction with other kids. Kids are excited to continue learning from the coaches.
This place is excellent for training Jiu Jitsu thanks to coach Victor and Caroline. They are incredibly knowledgeable and work hard to ensure each student gets the most out of every session. I cant thank these two enough for their effort and caring.
