Concentric, was able to help me get out of low back pain a few times in the past 2 months. I have an old injury from car accidents and my disks are degenerative. He was able to use myofascial to level out my hips, release psoas, and allow my back to lengthen out slowly. It’s almost impossible to find a caring practitioner these days! Just woke up today without low back pain. I’m grateful i didn’t have to go to the chiropractor that treats me like an in/out burger. Thanks CCM!
I've seen Collin twice now and have come away very satisfied both times. Collin's MFT process is very gentle, deliberate and purposeful. He helped me understand myofascial release, which helped explain much of my chronic stiffness and pain. It is a very relaxing process and I felt the benefits right away. I'll definitely be back to see Collin again. Highly recommended!
I had a "locked" hip and was not able to cross my right leg over my left and could hardly get my sock on in the mornings. I was in alot of pain. Colin worked on my right leg and hip and as we ended the session I tried to put on my sock and voila no pain and I felt light on my feet! I highly recommend Colin. He was gentle and effective!

I went to Concentric Cultivation Myofascial Release for soreness and to correct some imbalances in my body. Collin did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable. He has very soothing music on to help relax and explains clearly how he approaches his practice. I felt amazing after my first session and would highly recommend checking him out!
