The attention to detail and professionalism was very refreshing and appreciated
The wait times are a bit long but that's pretty standard for workplace clinics,and the wait time is far better than the Roberts Rd location. The waiting room and staff are much better as well. Very spacious and clean. I had a DOT physical 2 years ago and had the same doctor for renewal,who is always kind and efficient. Would recommend this location!
I was sent here short notice it was empty and I still had to wait that was kinda confusing to me but it was a seat and a clean and comfortable environment.
I called your business before I started writing this to make sure I had the same receptionist that I talked to when I called there before I arrived. I needed her name and it was Kyaira. She is one of the most informative, courteous, patient, respectful and professional employees I encountered at Concentra.. hands down! Seriously...
