I was referred to this facility after a work injury and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional service. The wait time was manageable, and the staff were clearly dedicated to providing excellent care.
I checked in at 8am being first in line and was not seen until 9:08, causing me to be late to work. I am consistently amazed at how long it takes to be seen for a simple breathalyzer and urine screening when there seem to be so many employees on duty.
