Do not go here for any DOT medical card use anyone else this place is a joke I’ve never had an issue with getting a medical DOT card but because my job uses Concentra now all of a sudden I have to take a sleep apnea test if you Google Concentra, they have the worst reviews ever. They are so quick to judge you and limit you on your DOT medical card they have the highest rating on sending everyone to a sleep study test that is ridiculous.
