I went for a simple urine test and had a full bladder, they said oh you have to wait to be called by technician, but you can go to bathroom and we will give you water so you can go again, an hour later still waiting and I was about to burst. I think that is stupid.Front desk not very friendly won't go there again
If you have 2 hours to wait to be seen even tho you have an appointment, then I guess you would like it.
Do NOT ever go to US Healthworks urgent care! I was sent away because they wouldnt take me with out my actual insurance card on me. Had a photo of the front and back and all they had to do was write down the numbers. I guess it was too much work for them. We go cause it is urgent...not to be told to be sent away!
My hubby had an appointment at 1pm yesterday! They were to reopen at 1pm after lunch, Little did we know they started showing up after 1pm with NO RECEPTIONIST!!! No one was answering the phone calls because no one knew how to handled the computer...REALLY???, Anyhow...After his Physical Therapy they said they wanted to see him 3 times a week but with no receptionist no one can make or change any appointments!
