RecommendedI chk in the staff were wonderful and very professional
the staff were professional & nice. clinic was clean. my only issue was i waited in the exam room for over 45mins alone, with no updates. i waited so long that i eventually went into the hallway, in my gown, to ask if i had been forgotten. but once he arrived, he was great.
There clinic is clean they have a t.v. The staff is friendly and nice. The doctor assistant is nice too. They have snacks and water. Comfortable chairs
The staff was efficient and the Dr had a lot of info to share with ways to better my Life.
There very professional and helpful with all my concerns about my injuries
It took over an hour to be put into a room. When i went to ask someone at the desk, NO ONE was there! It was lunch time. I asked about my copay and they said I didn’t have one. But i had to ASK-the room cleared out and no one spoke to me. Crazy! So unprofessional.
3 hours and counting for a DOT physical... unbelievable... More than likely will go somewhere else next time..
