No sense of urgency and their " Urgent Care"??? Had to raise my voice to get help for someone!!
Took my 4 year old to urgent care. The nurse wanted to leave on time, so she was denied care and turned away. My daughter had severe ear pain and was screaming. Pathetic to turn away and not help a 4 year old screaming in pain.
Been here since 4:30pm...its now 5:45pm...havent been seen and they are telling me that the doctor is finishing up w other patients...theres no one else here...what other patients?
Great place an nice staff
I think they are great. I have been injured several times at work and they always help me to get back to work and the service is great. The wait time HSS improved greatly.
The woman at the reception desk was rude, looked at me like I was stupid, basically said "and?" when I was explaining my situation. They talk out loud about other coworkers in a bad light. .. I'm never coming here again. I'm a financial professional and educated and she had the worst customer service skills ever. I don't care what kind of day you're having you leave that outside the business!
