My wife was there today and had the best attention necessary to address her clinical needs. I definitely would take my family here anytime over any other urgent care facility in the city or its neighboring cities.
Hace un año tuve un accidente de trabajo en mi pie que me costo 2 meses sin trabajar. Al principio me dijeron que solo fue el.golpe y que la radiografía no mostraba fractura. Mi sorpresa fue dos semanas despues mi pie se infecto demasiado. Fue un mal diagnóstico, si tenia una fractura que no la trataron a tiempo Lo peor fue esperar 3 horas para ser atendido
I went in after work and the girl at the counter wasn't so great but once I got to the back the medical assistant was ok. The doctor was great and very nice however it took way too long for him to come into the room due to all the chit chat going on with the employees. They should know we can hear it from the exam room we're waiting in and yeah, I'd go back cause I've been to way worse!
First time visit. Waiting room was empty. We were the only people there waiting for Urgent Care. Still it took OVER 45 minutes to be taken to the exam room. Then waited about another 35 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Seems doctor is on call if someone walks in. Doctor was pleasant with my son and I. However the ladies at the front desk and the doctors assistant lack the ability to smile or be friendly. I didn't like the wait, especially knowing we were the only ones there. We was there for almost 4hrs I thought my husband never was going to be seen by a doctor
Horrible I will never take my kids back waited way to long and Doctor had horrible bed side manors. He treated and acted like I was some dumb person ... Even talked to my fourteen year old son like he was dumb. Would not recommend this urgent care to ANYONE
One of my better experiences here. It did take a little too long, once I was in the exam room, to see the doctor. But all in all it went well. The doctor was very pleasant more so than he has been in the past. The one thing they do need to work on is when they say they're going to call in your prescription. It was an hour before they actually contacted my Pharmacy and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the pharmacy to fill it. I was tired and I just wanted to go home to bed. So they need to get quicker at that.
You wait 2 hours for the doctor to see you 2 minutes, this is not the first time its happened either.
Not worth the wait or expense. Physician Assistant didn't bother even touching my husband. Waited an hour for nothing. Scared us by saying my husband had to go to ER, could be a stroke or brain aneurysm. Had severe headache with blurry vision and possible lock jaw. At ER, Doctor was surprised PA let us go without calling an ambulance to transport. Any possibility of a stroke calls for immediate action.
