We are in COVID however patients, that did have masks, were asked to stand outside in the scorching heat. I personally got a headache from the heat, I thought I would faint. No water was provided. One man was waiting for up to one hour. I arrived via LYFT and so I could not wait in an air conditioned car. Five people were waiting outside in the heat. poor customer service. I'm pretty sure the employees who work here hate their life.... misery loves company. The female receptionists need HELP with their customer service and manners, they're extremely rude and ignore the fact you have an appointment and have been sitting around for over an hr!!!! I don't recommend anyone coming here!!! yuck.
Lots of waiting 2 hours for a 1 min conversation, and I had an appointment very nice staff, however severly understaffed
RecommendedWent in for an explosive physical/urinalysis/strength test for a job application. Very courteous and friendly staff. Highly recommend for those needs. Also physical rehabilitation. I witnessed someone recieving physical rehabilitation for Corporal Tunnel Syndrome, while there. They go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Highly professional with an added sense of humor. Wonderful facility.
