So had to do my L&I re-check on my back at my employer's preferred clinic here. I had an 11a appointment. I check in at 10:50 and the clinic is busy, but I notice they're taking non-emergency walk ins back to exam rooms when I, who had an appointment, is made to sit. At 11:15a I ask them what's going on and they're like "why don't we reschedule your appointment?"
