waiting over an hour after the pre physical.
waited 30 minutes in front then put in the room and waited 1hour doctor never showed up so I left poor service will never use the Kent office again
I had a concussion. She recorded it as a contusion, which disgusted my follow up doctor. I lost 1.5 hours that I have no recollection of. I hit my head in the office and don't recall anything until I was sitting in your exam room. The Dr didn't look in my eyes or ears or have me follow her finger or give any cognitive tests other than asking me to walk a straight line. Or if she did give me those tests then she didn't know how to interpret my responses. I could not have passed all these tests without knowing what I was doing... read more
arrived ar 1330 its already 1448 and i'm still waiting to be called this is what's wrong with healthcare in the USA they make you wait long for free and when they stick you in their checkup room that they charge 150 to 250 every 15 minutes you're still waiting for the doctor, the doctor spends less than 5 minutes with you and you get charged for all the time you are in that room there is no oversight and people and the insurance company get robbed blind
I had an 11am appointment got there early (10:40) I was taken back to the room until 12:15 .. Staff was friendly and really nice !!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! long wait times even with appointment and unprofessional staff! I have never seen or dealt with such incompetence. Definitely go somewhere else!
The Therapy Service (chiropractic care, Physical therapy & massage therapy) is EXCELLENT
