This particular location has a terrible physician's assistant, met him twice and he never even bothered to introduce himself. He was condescending and tried to minimize my injury when he called it a little bump. I made him refer to it as the hematoma it is...ugh. I also had to walk out before he finished my appt. because I had a deadline for a very time sensitive project. I was very clear that I couldn't stay more than 2 hours. the doctor was ikay but the nurse or pa was not.. my hand was smashed . i was in major pain. he would not help me with my jacket when i was cold. and never cleaned up the cut on my hand
the people who worked there were kind and easy to talk to, and excellent customer service.
I went in for a simple work physical and waited 3 hours and that was with an appointment that I had scheduled.
I went in for a simple drug screen and waited over an hour to pee in a cup. Their office management skills are deplorable!
Soo slow, absolutely ridiculous
