3 hour wait to be seen at Urgent Care. Office staff are pleasant and kind though.
The slowest service in America ever! Almost 2 hours of waiting and I was the first one in the door when they open. Not the friendliest staff either!
I did not have an appointment and knew I would be waiting, but that is fine. After paying my copay and waiting 3 hours, they said they can’t see me because the computers were down. I asked for a refund of my copay and they handed me a “VOID” receipt, but charges were not reversed. Staff was not helpful or empathetic. Very disappointed
I did not have an appointment and was told that there would be a 2 hours wait but I had my physical and x-ray and was out of there in less than 2 hours
