It was a good experience .. easy getting everything done that I needed
I went in for a simple TB test for my work and waited almost 2 hours. I think they forgot about me. It wasn’t until I went up to the counter to inquire then they took me in for the X-ray.

I had to get a chest xray for my job. I was there when the door opened at 8 am. I filled out the paperwork and was called in at 8:15 am. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The xray tech told me when to expect the film to be read and the results sent to my employer. It was a very pleasant visit.
Waiting time. Waited 1hr 45mins for a TB test that takes, literally, 2 secs!
Staff is rude, they don’t acknowledge the patients, office staff are just plain rude
I’ve waited for a total of 8 hours on two different visits for a simple physical and drug screening. Worst service ever. I was told I would be up in 2 hours the first time waited over 5 hours to be seen. Then they didn’t take the full physical, so I had to go back for a simple lift test (lift up a 45 lb box) and that took over 2 hours after being told I would be right up in 15 min or so. Awful. 0stars.
Convenience is key for working individuals.
