Been here over an hour, every person who came in after us as already been pulled back and left. They tried to tell us it's because we are not "urgent" just having blood drawn for work, when everyone else today had been about the same thing.
The wait was way too long. I've been here before and not had this kind of problem. The DOT doctor is great as was the nurse. But after I was put in a room I waited 1.5 hours for the doctor. That is not acceptable at all. It was very cold and the nurses just sit out in their area and have a gab fest. Probably won't go back to this one but the one on Mission is worse.
I've been coming here for 4.5 years or so for an injury. They have recently in the last year changed management or something and this place is a train wreck. Its obvious people hate their jobs, no smiles,wait time on appointments are ridiculous. Straight into the gutter this manager has taken this office! If it wasn't for my doctor being great, and the claim I'm on I'd never come back!
Was in and out and treated well good staff check them out!!
Love this office! Great staff! Doctors that tell you like it is, amazingly quick and high quality service! Would recommend this place to anyone! If you can, ask for John Nall or John Bagley. Both are great!
