Concentra needs to come up to speed on sleep apnea testing, it is NOT required for DOT physicals. Look it up, but what you have done Is eliminated an opportunity to work for a transit authority in the state of Washington. Thank you for robbing an otherwise qualified applicant from employment.
They got me in and out and there wasn’t to much paperwork
Waited an hour to be told that there wasn’t a person in the office qualified to do the test I needed.
I've been coming here off and on for 7 years and they're still slow as molasses. It takes well over an hour just to get a random drug test. Luckily I get paid by the hour. DOT Physicals you might as well a plan on being there all day.
Went in for follow up front office staff is friendly as was the nurse and Dr exam was great
This is the worst place I have ever encountered to try to obtain any sort of quality treatment. I went in 4 times each time they said you need this or that before we can even see you. I finally gave up on them and went somewhere that actually goes by the hypocratic oath. I agree with Larry - for the most part the staff is incredibly rude.
Dont come here, you could pass away waiting to be examined terible service, no wait thats no service
The staff are rude and the wait is way to long...If I didn't have to use U.S healtworks for my company DOT health card I would leave... Franklin Park is so much better than this place...Long story short, if you don't have to use this place, DON'T!!!°° Been waiting for 2 hours and counting..
