After waiting for 45 minutes at City MD with nobody in the place waiting to been seen. I walked into Concentra and was treated right away. The staff was courteous and helpful. The check up I came after the first visit was busy but my wait wasn’t bad considering how busy they were. The receptionist must have answered 20-30 calls and the waiting room was pretty packed. Once my check up was done the waiting had cleared. Good team work and process to get everyone checked on for whatever they were there for.
Seemed very under-staffed, they were not very hospitable. I corrected the lady at the front desk 3 times on how to pronounce my name and still decided to call me whatever she wanted and finally she gave up call me a name at all. Lol I would have accepted a nickname at that point. The nurses are very nice though. All the ones that I saw.
