They were fast and friendly! I also love that I didn't need to wait to get my TB read the receptionist read it for me right away and I was in and out within 1 min. I was a little discouraged about having to go in due to wait times but I was in and out with a physical and TB test within 30 minutes.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Concentra location. Despite coming in with clear symptoms and providing medical documentation, my concerns were brushed off and I felt completely disregarded. The provider dismissed my MRI results, minimized my pain, and offered no real solutions. Instead of feeling cared for, I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and worse off than when I arrived. Fast in and out for premployment drug test. Friendly staff.
Visit was good but I had to put my personal info in 4 times in 4 different places, systems, etc. Very very frustrating
