The check in staff were more concerned at leaving at 5 instead of helping me with my needs. I felt they are rude and pushy. The doctor didn’t really listen to my concerns and pain. The only person that was any help was the physical therapist.

I went in and told them what was up; had to wait a couple hours; then got into the room to check on me because I said I was wheezing and producing a lot of clear mucus. They asked questions, but they didn't bother to really tell me what I had. They gave a prescription for pills and that's it. They didn't go into detail of what I should do and not do with the sickness I have.
I arrived shortly after Concentra opened at 7am. I was able to fill out paperwork and see a Doctor within 30 minutes. Friendly staff!!
Sabrina is the bomb she is fast and thorough and professional, the front end would be nowhere without her and that’s the truth!! My NP was wonderful for my physical. So was the CNA. Everyone there is courteous and professional and accountable!!!
