Went this time in Plano the doctor had me open mouth and look said I have problems sleeping I said no but she said I do then wanted my liver functions numbers because I said I had a non alcoholic fatty liver disease and refused to give me a medical card until she had my liver number really the one in amother location only felt of my stomach asked if it hurts!!! Great service, but they forgot me at checkout and waited for an hour, even after reminding them I was waiting.
I went I 1/3/17. And I was in and out in less tha two hours and that was real good the people working there were great!! Dr. Powell was great she listen to everything I had to say and evaluated everything and did a great job she's a great doctor !!
This place is so mobbed over with people/patients. That is not the staff's fault. They do very well under the circumstances they are under. If you HAVE to go there, just be patient as possible. They are under incredible stress.
Everybody is going around Circle Ive been setting in this doctor's office for 3 hours waiting to get a discharge
Always a long wait. Been here every week for a month and always been 3 hrs or more to get in and out even with an appointment. Staff is great just too much walk in traffic.
