I would give negative numbers for rating if possible. I went to the clinic at 1030 W. Chicago for a TB skin test which takes about 5 minutes. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. when they opened. There were no others there yet, so I didn’t think there would be a wait. At 9:05 a.m. they finally took me back and did the test which took 5 minutes. I was to return in 2 days to have the test read. Unprofessional very dirty and a huge lack of communication

ridiculous wait 5 hours for the doctor to attend me 4 minutes, and the nurses very rude, and the truth get down to the air conditioner is very cold.

Well received and in a professional manner
I had a 2:30 appointment and showed up at 2:15 for an Occupational Health visits for lab results. I checked in with the front staff periodically as I wasn’t being seen! At 1 hr past my scheduled time, there would no longer be time for me to continue to wait and see the doctor. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of concern for the scheduled patients. The doctor who saw me was competent and knew what to do. Nevertheless I had to wait 1.5 hrs and was not given a printed visit summary. I went to my pharmacy for the meds but found out that the clinic did not even send it.
5 months pregnant came here to take a drug test. Had a full bladder and asked for a cup. The lady was rude and refused to give me one. Said I just had to go. I ended up waiting an additional hour for my bladder to refill. Rude, no sense of urgency.
