RecommendedThe staff was efficient, timely and courteous. When an issue cropped up they were handled in in a calm professional manner. The intake receptionist did an excellent job processing the many first time individuals with various medical requests.
The people were polite and seemed to know what they are doing. The drug test itself was really quick. The only thing that was bad I guess was the waiting time. I had to wait for almost an hour to be called. But the lady who was assisting me told me that one of the receptionists was absent that day. She apologized for the long wait and said it was not usually that long.
RecommendedWe loved it. Everybody does their job well. I want to special thank you for nurse Lydia, she’s in right place. I would recommend this place to anyone need it immediately. Wait time wasn’t bad at all, everything took just 2 hours, remember there is no appointment and walk-Ins welcome.
The doctor was very good. The staff had a flat affect. No smiles or welcomes. I would see the doctor again but not there.
Had to wait a long time just for a TB skin test.
RecommendedWent there for a Drug Screen. Everyone there was very nice. Thanks for all your help.
