I was pleased with my experience with Concentra. There was a bit of a wait time but it wasn’t an inconvenience. I waited in my car until I was called. The staff are professional and helpful.

When I took my Physical Exam a guy who’s taking a urine specimen for drug test, I politely told him that I urgently need to urinate because it might explode anytime but it took me a lot of time of his asking and talking to much, before he gave the container with a mark of certain level of specimen. That guy is so mean. Other clinic where I experienced same drug test they will not delay the giving of container and after the specimen was filled and you can go. Yes.. I made an appointment for 10am. I was so glad I did...the place was filled I was so worried they over booked. They’re response was the are all walk ins. We take people at they’re appointment times before them. I’m so happy I made my appointment. I may have had a few days to get in, but the alternative was the best! Waited maybe 10mins whole physical was done in less than an hour! 👍
receptionists were rude!!!! nurse and Dr Valerie were great
Waited more than an hour and a half for a simple vaccination. Several people who came in after me were helped first.
