The oak park location has a rude unfriendly staff. They treated my mother as if she injured herself. The entire reception staff had loud personal conversations the entire time we were there. It took over an hour for her to be called to s room. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Service is too slow. I waited an hour to finally get called and another hour for the doctor to come and see me, and this is just for a 2nd follow up for my burned hands!
The doctor is rude the one in Southfield Mi does not let you talk or listen to you and refuses to read fully or fill FMLA forms , if you need these forms filled out don't ever go to Concentra
