RecommendedTo be honest, I'm not very fond of any urgent care. I guess that I've just never had a good experience with any of them. However, with that being said, I couldn't have been happier with my trip there this morning! The staff was friendly, caring and professional. The office was clean and organized. Thank you Livonia Concentra for totally changing my opinion! You were all amazing!

I’ve had a very very good experience here. From seeing Dr F. (Hand Specialist) and also the staff n physical therapy. My previous experience was through Concentra in Woodhaven. They hindered my recovery. I am making progress thru the Livonia facility.
Everyone was great except the doctor, she was rude ,too quick and didn't ask the right questions.
Very pleasant experience I was there less than a half an hour great service
I had to go in for a physical and a TB test for my new job. I expected to be there for hours, but was in and out in under 30 mins. Everyone was very nice too!
It was a very good experience, the staff is great.
