Stuck in a room for 4 hours for DOT physical. All they could do is say we're sorry that we forgot about you

The service was fast friendly and smooth the lobby was full and they had people in and out in no time including me great place recommend to anyone
They are slow slow slow. I have been sitting in exam room for an hour now and still no doctor to finish my DOT physical. I'm glad I'm not paying for this
The young lady that helped me was very helpful because I did not bring all the papers that I needed but she help me get it off my phone.
