First visit was a walk in-was there an hour and a half. Nurse came in took vitals, then waited about 15 min for P.A. -never introduced herself. Asked a few questions, then waited another half hour for a tetanus shot. Follow up appointment three days later, got right in to get vitals, taken to exam room. Waited there 35 minutes with nobody checking in. Doctor finally came in, introduced himself, apologized for delay. Much friendlier and released me.
People there couldn’t get straight what I was there for. It was simple, DOT physical. Was told I’d be there 2 1/2 hours, was there 3 1/2. Techs and the dr couldn’t get stuff right. Dr brought me back twice, because he didn’t sign all the necessary paperwork. Very poorly run.
I lost a job opportunity that would allow me to retire from over the road trucking because this doctor wants to be a control freak and an asshole.
