What a great group of people! All friendly and helpful. Marco, Ronald and Roxy were all so wonderful during a stressful and painful time. They made everything as easy as possible. Can’t remember the front desk girls name but she was wonderful as well. We NEVER want accidents to occur but if they have to these folks are sone great people to help you through it.
Recommended5 star service with my experience.HUGE s/o to AYMEE and doc PAUL REEHAL I appreciate them so much especially after all the stress and bs I was goin through with the doc @ the concentra Henderson location now that’s one place I will NOT recommend so if your reading this if you have to do paper work thru a doc DO NOT go to the Henderson location that doc will have you out of character

Showed up at 4:57pm needed a Tetanus shoot. They told me they closed at 5:00pm and told me they were closed and refused to help me. Receptionist was extremely unprofessional when I showed her that it wasn't 5pm yet. Horrible service. They just don't care about patients and just want to go home. Hire people who want to do there job please. Will never go back there.
