The staff are respectful, friendly and caring. Sometimes there is a wait but this does not interfere with the care. Extremely clean environment. I am always happy when companies send me there for testing ***** service

I went to Concentra Urgent Care to renew my medical card as part of my CDL requirements. They were all very nice and very helpful. They even went above and beyond to fax my new medical card to Washington State DOL since I would not be back in Washington before my current medical card expired. Thank you!
I like that employers refer me to Concentra for screenings. (I think that all my employers in Las Vegas that required pre-employment drug screenings in the last 12 years have referred me to Concentra.) I know that I can go on the fly without an appointment, get processed quickly by courteous staff in a clean and presentable facility, and then go about my day.
