RecommendedSeriouslyy can the staff at this place be any nicer? I went for a pre employment drug screen and physical. Every single person was so sweet and kind.

Friendly staff- mostly. Had a physical test to do for pre employment- was a bit time consuming; didn’t really know what all I needed. I’d go back if I needed to.
The paperwork that you were supposed to send to my employer never made it so I did not get the job
Concentra in AKRON is Awesome!!!! I visited at the end of the day for a drug test that needed special equipment and some of my hair needed cut. Simple right? Well I had weave in my hair that I could not get out😂. Ausha was great at helping me! The nurse also did amazing by contacting the company needed to get the proper information so I didn’t have to come back. They were awesome! I can’t thank them enough! Not only that results were supposed to be back in 5 days but were back in 2. Go Concentra!
Going to have an injury evaluated is not something people look forward to happily. This group is so efficient, friendly and professional that they take the “un” out of unpleasant. They are a credit to the medical profession.

This is the facility in Akron. From the time I walked in, everyone was genuinely friendly. Some regulars walked in, and they were on a first name basis. Through out my physical, anyone I had encountered or felt with was very polite. I had questions about a screening, knowing she was busy, but Dr. Kelcie took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns and made me feel at ease moving forward. Thank you all again, hope to see u next year
yall sent my results to somebody who I never applied for. resulting in me prolonging my start date on my new job
