Sat 2 and half hours to be seen for DOT physical with release forms from PT and PCP to be pased but not given card cause he wants a release from surgeon.. Cleary the surgeon is done treating me.. checks off I have abnormal skin, cause I have scars.. I'm near 50.. who doesn't have scars at that age? Guy is an....
RecommendedI had gout on my toe which was extremely painful I went to the urgent care center and had extremely competent friendly service at the check in an then very competent work up from the nurse followed by exrays and then a really competent pa with my final diagnosis. I was given a prescription All this occurred in less than an hour. I have never had this kind of efficient friendly medical care in my 82 years. Thank you
The receptionists were polite. No long wait. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a very clean,organized facility.
What I recommend at Concentra is that they are still working and making sure your safe in their facility as far as mask washing of your hands and they are really polite to there patients wasn’t there long I can say this is one of thee first places I went to at this time of this pandemic everyone and I mean everyone had there mask on and THANK YOU for that.... satisfaction for sure
I would say for the Current circumstances of Coronavirus, the staff did a good job, moved people in and out at a good rate and made sure everyone washed their hands when they first came in.
more employees need to work
Don't go there if you are a truck driver. Because you won't get to pass a DOT physical Eric Johnson will find some stupid reason not to pass you the guy's not even a doctor they need to get rid of him he's not very professional. Very unprofessional he yelled at his nurse. Other people heard him. I know she felt belittled. I was told to be quite or I would not pass. He has me taking other test that are not necessary.
