the wait time is absolutely rediculous. I you have only one doctor, i suggest you get another. the staff is so overwhelmed they are burned out.

had a appointment and still waited 2 hours why bother to have a appointment
Waited 30 mins to be told they won’t accept *MY* insurance plan; even tho their site and my insurance site said to go there. Fuck them for waisting my time while I’m waiting to get looked at!
I have no idea how they got certified to perform DOT physicals when their PA doesn’t know DOT requirements. Hernia checks are not part of a DOT physical. And a doctor’s release following a heart attack is only required to go back to work after the actual heart attack, not every year. PA Ginsburg has no idea what a DOT physical is. It does not require walking on your toes, walking on your heels, or a hernia check. And it does not require a release from the cardiologist every year. Fast and professional. But due to my past health and new on the job injury I feel they should listen to past issues incase it makes it worse or if it can help them make better choices on treatment.
All the staff is amazing i always look forward to my appointments and seeing the friendly staff you guy's rock���
