I waited for an hour to be seen, the staff was amazing, the front desk and the nurse. Then came the doctor, he refused to treat me because I had shingles on my face and maybe something else, he told me to go to the ER or my family doctor. I had already explained I was from out of town. Since I already paid them 120 dollars, spent less than 10 minutes with the doctor he told me to leave and had me take the side door and not stop at the desk. I was appalled, I work at a hospital. I had to wait for an hour but everyone was very helpful, respectful and efficient.
Did not feel comfortable here? It could just be me, had to wait a long time to check out and had to leave before I could.
Husband had an appointment at 2pm. We arrived at 1:45 pm. He was not called back until 2:40 pm, then had to wait until 3:50 pm for the doctor! He is still waiting on the doctor to finish his physical and it is now past 4pm! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not go here!
