They suck. The Physicians are all rejects! The front desk crew are the rudest people.
The Concentra on Reno is clean and the staff and nurses and doctors are all friendly and professional and conscientious. I'd give this location 4 or 5 stars. The Concentra on Quadrum drive is the polar opposite in nearly every way. I'd give their facility and doctors 1 star so they're bringing down my overall rating of the Concentra business model as it exists in the OKC area.
Great place!! The people were very nice and understanding. They even kept their cool while being completely slammed with rude people. (Not sure I could have been that well reserved).
The receptionist was a very rude lady and needs to be talked to about how she treats the patients that come in here. I have never been so disrespected in a professional place!!!
I was there for a DOT physical. Front desk lady was rude. I was told it would be 1-1.5 hrs. From 11a-2:45p I was there. The dr wasn't knowledgeable DOT guidelines.
P.A LAVETRICE J.Steele She was rude and instead of being concerned about my injury she was worried about how workmans comp can not spend any money She smacked gum and didn't make eye contact and over all disrespectful. I do not suggest anyone see this doctors helper she is a joke and makes concentrate a joke as well
