My experience was pretty good. I didn't have to wait very long to take my drug test. The staff was very friendly and perfessional.
Wait time is way to long staff was professional and friendly but the wait ruins all their efforts I was there for over 3 1/2 hrs for a dot physical and drug screen which should take no more than an hour they need to make appointments so the wait time can be cut Down drivers do not have that kinda of time to waste sitting around they wasted my whole day off
7 people in waiting area most of which got here after I did been here 2 hrs no urgency to get things done

The people were extremely nice and made it a priority to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
I was pleased with my treatment. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes other than the wait the people were very professional and courteous.
2 hour wait just to pee in a cup.. Other then that the place offers free coffee
