This location is very unprofessional. The staff was awful and having conversations that didn't pertain to work. The tech with the braids and glasses doing the pre-employment drug screening was rude and didn't know how to give the TB testing. The wait was way to long since the staff act like they had down time and talk like they were at home on the porch with friends. They put the wrong Ss# on my paper work. wait time in waiting room and in back to be seen is extremely long
Not only am I still here for 5 hours and still waiting for DOT physical the doctor didn't even get here until after 9 and there's only one doctor here so basically the d o t physical is an all day thing
I only needed a shot which takes 30 seconds to administer and I waited 45 minutes. Also this is a medical facility and the sink is on the outside. Everyone using the bathroom is opening the door with their dirty hands. GROSS!!!
Waited ovet 2 hours, in obvious pain with a swollen, black and blue wrist and hand. Front desk was quite nasty when I asked how long it would be. Once I got to the back, doctor was livid they made me wait. Doctors, nurses and PT staff are wonderful. Front needs attitude adjustment. The only reason I went there was because I am a BCPS employee and I had to go there.
We made an appointment for my daughter to get a physical for her application at the US Naval Academy. Appointment for 6:15. We arrived at 6. We were informed there was a 2.5 hour wait. What was the purpose of an appointment. Staff was rude & not helpful. The did not know the basic protocols. We saw the doctor for 5 whole minutes. She was fine but she even remarked that the staff left a lot to be desired. We finally left at 9pm and walked out into a pitch black parking lot in a questionable area. How the hell do you make a person with broken bone wait 3 hours to be seen while people doing drug test? Then once I'm in the back y'all don't do anything.
