Good experience , quick and easy
I was sent by employer for physical. 2.5 hours later still people ahead of me. Posted sign said 1.5 hours turn around. NOT. Had to return the next day. 45 min later was done. Fro t desk could use some training in service and noting patient had already completed required paperwork. Pretty much no one cares how long you sit. Am sure an improved expeditious protocol could be implemented if customer service was important to Concentra. Need Urgent Care in Baltimore region don't go to Concentra. Everyone is doing a great job and they are really nice 👍 it was just the 2 hour wait time that made it a not so good day
Because i was very happy with Concentra at first. Because they had a very nice and good doctor treating me her name is Meghan Landymore. So i have an appointment today and it's a new doctor treating me and i don't care for him too much matter of fact i am requesting another doctor.
the worst inefficient bordering on abusive medical facility on God's green earth you have to wait almost 3 hours to literally give blood take your urine and do a few 30 seconds worth of push-ups and sit-ups that takes 3 hours abuse
Customer service of the director was poor. She was cussing and nasty to the employees . Not nice at all.
