terrible. do kot bother scheduling an appointment you will still wait for hours. one doctor and overbooked. Front desk blood girl too busy snapping her gum.
RecommendedWalked in at 2 pm without an appointment, there were about 10 people there for various reasons, and was seen, did my test, and was out of there in just under 30 min's. I'd call that efficient and sadly fast enough to get me back to work.
The process was very efficient and professional from check-in to checkout.
It was fast and good experience
Spent 2 1/2 hours for a DOT/CDL exam. I had scheduled a point for 1000 and still had to wait.
Worst experience ever! My employer sends its drivers for DOT check up to Concentra, New Britain. I have been here many times in past few years and every time, it takes at least three hours to go through the process. This morning I decided to get here first thing in the morning and I was there few minuets past 8. At 9:50, I’m still in the room waiting for doctor!
The Staff was very Pleasant. Did not wait long to be seen.
Went for pre employment physical. Everyone was friendly and efficient
