hire another dr. this dr takes way too long to see you. forget having an appointment, you still won't be seen on time. first appointment follow up wasnt seen for over hour and a half. today going on almost an hour. not happy. pt on the other hand is great! everyone there is super friendly and you are seen promptly.
Went here for a DOT physical recertification with a 2:00pm appointment. All patients now fill out a brief questionnaire regarding symptoms that could indicate Covid exposure of which I was able to thankfully check no on all of the questions. The waiting room was packed with quite a few people. I stayed very patient and finally after 3:00pm, I began the actual physical. The wait is ridiculous, they had me to the point were I almost peed on myself because they wouldn't let me use the bathroom until I was called in, told me I was next to be called, but came out and called someone else, I was so upset I had to tell them that I would rather not leave a urine sample, but I was going in to pee. If it wasn't for the fact that it was for an employment physical, I would not have gone to this clinic. Highly not recommended!
Got hurt at work, had to come here... walk in initial visit I waited over 90 minutes ( ok... I was a walk in) , but, scheduled follow up appointment was supposed to be at 3:45... it is now after 4:30, and I’m still waiting. If I was more than 45 minutes late, they’d make me reschedule!!! Ridiculous!!!

Worst service I have ever seen. Went there for a routine pre employment drug test. When I got there only 3 people waiting. They kept me waiting 2 1/2 hours. When I walked up to the counter to question what the delay was I was told we ll get to you when we can ( very snotty )

Waited forever, this is the slowest place ever
Came in at 11am sharp for a pre-employment physical. I was told it would be 45 minutes at the most. I waited in the exam room in a gown for over an hour. I finally peeked out and waved at a nurse and she just snapped, with arms crossed leaning against the wall “you’re next, relax.” I waited another 30 minutes to be seen. I finally got to leave at 1:00pm and was late for work.
