I just became a new hire for piedmont Airlines I was sent there for a non DOT drug screening and it was really quick I didn’t have to wait long and everyone was friendly and professional.
My job sent me to this place to update my DOT med card was told I needed a letter from my Doctor about a problem I had so I got it for them thought everything was fine now a month later they say that they never got it now I'm unemployed this place just cost me a job that payed almost 30 dollars an hour can anyone say lawsuit........

Staff was very professional and friendly. Very busy Monday morning and they seemed to have it together. I had no issues whatsoever.
I only selected 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0. Very unprofessional staff at the Tuckaseegee Road facility. Lazy, Unorganized and Careless. How do you lose a patient's medical records and then say the patient never took the tests ordered by their prospective employer? Thank God, the patient kept THEIR copy of all of the paperwork. Otherwise it may have cost him the job. This place needs a complete overhaul and the entire staff REPLACED before they cause someone serious harm. And THAT'S being NICE. #0STARS
The ladies were very professional and nice. I had a lot going on to do when I got there. I was there for about an hour and girls treated me nice and thorough. They were awesome. Go see em
