Nice staff and doctor, however, I've been waiting over 2 years for this pain management appointment, had to take off work and be there by 7:30 am and I get told after a waiting to be seen and called back, that I was scheduled in a 30 min slot and the doc needs about 4 hours to look over my file. Why wasn't this preparation done before I was scheduled? Very frustrating to also have to drive 45 min and do early for nothing.

I was there on the 6th and everybody was friendly I would go back!!!
